The Kansas City Symphony Chorus will hold auditions for its 2014-2015 Season on July 18-20 and August 8-10 at Rolling Hills Presbyterian Church, 9300 Nall Avenue Overland Park, Kan. The Kansas City Symphony invites music lovers and area residents to a free community concert of classical music and patriotic tunes at 7 p.m., Monday, Sept. 2 at The Theatre in the Park at Shawnee Mission Park. This is the 30th year that the Symphony has performed a Labor Day concert, and the event is part of the Symphony’s mission to provide music free music opportunities to area residents.
